| 6.1 | Individual subscriptions for the following year shall be agreed at the Annual General Meeting of the SHPF. Subscriptions shall be due on the first day of January each year. |
| 6.2 | The financial year of the SHPF shall run from 1st January to 31st December and the accounts of the SHPF shall be balanced each year and submitted after independent check to the Annual General Meeting. |
| 6.3 | The Executive Committee shall cause proper books of account and a Register of Members to be kept. |
| 6.4 | A suitably qualified person or firm shall be appointed by the incoming Executive Committee within six months of each AGM to prepare an independant Annual Report from the current Books of Account. |
