| 10.1 | If when a dissolution of the SHPF has been resolved there remains after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever the same shall not be paid or distributed among members but shall be given or transferred to a UK National Governing Body with comparable objectives to the SHPF, as determined by the Scottish Sports Council. |
